From the time I met Randy until the time we closed on my house, he always had my best interest in mind. Randy is definitely the BEST realtor that I have worked with. This is my second time buying a house, and I have had experiences working with different agents. I have seen agents who did not response emails or calls if I did not show interests in the first house that they showed me. I have also seen agent who took hands off me once the purchase contact was signed and wished me ask attorney all the questions that I had. BUT, Randy is NOT one of this kind. He is always passionate with his job. We had seen about 20 properties before I made my final decision to buy the current property, and he had been very patient with me and my family during every signal visit even though he lives far away from where those properties are. He never tried to convince me to buy any individual property, instead, he pointed out both Pros and Cons of each property and let me make my own decision. This is very important to me, and he earned my trust to every suggestion that he made. Of course, I think I have made every decision right because his honest opinions.
